Arts Teacher (Full-time)

Rainbow creative arts, Hong Kong, 2 Nov 2021 – 30 April 2022 inclusively

• As an arts teacher,  I taught a group of 6 students (age 2-13) across crafts, painting and seasonal workshops.

• I designed teaching and lesson plans in 3 different levels according to age, created lessons’ drafts for the other teacher so they can take it as an example when teaching.

• Provided mentoring and keep students on-task with proactive behaviour modification and positive reinforcement strategy.

• During the peak period of Covid-19, I provided students necessary tools and guides to achieve different goals through online teaching (Zoom)

 

Arts Teacher (Part-time)

Ting’s arts studio, Hong Kong, 7 Oct 2020 - 28 Oct 2021 inclusively

• I taught a group of 3-5 students (age 5-16), across acrylic painting, sketching and water colour drawing.

• I assisted senior arts teacher during the class when there are more than groups of 8, guiding and provide professional opinions

• During art jamming class, I taught a group of 7 adults (age 20+) acrylic painting, providing professional opinions.

• I taught a group of 3-5 students art workshops during festivals and special events like Christmas.

- taught a group of 4-8 students (4-12) drawing and painting, provide art knowledge and guide them to create their own artwork.

-  Buddhist Sum Heung Lam Memorial college  (Feb - May 2021)

- Tutored and provide professional suggestion with pass paper for a group of 8 students (age 17-18)

• Film photography summer course

- HK Kowloon Ma On Shan Baptist College ( Aug 2021)

- taught a group of 4 students (age 8-10) basic knowledge of film camera, also guide them to make their own film 

camera with simple daily tools.

• Project Octopus Programme by the Rock Foundation

- Chung Sin Benevolent Society Mrs Aw Boon Haw Secondary School (Oct 2021)

-  lead a class of 20 students, guiding them making their own customs and create art sense through drama.

- As an art teacher teaching a group of 25 students (age 6-12) visual arts skills across drawing and painting.
